About the Company - Our Client is a Leading Global Company.

Vertical: Reporting & Controlling

Work Location: Pune

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 14 -18 years

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for the development and support accounting operations, business controlling and reporting, analytics & other international projects from time to time of the Clients with respect to the agreed service levels to steer the daily operations in service delivery.

- Responsibility for planning, budgeting and forecasting in accordance with the Clients Controlling process.

- Development and implementation of common reporting structures (e.g. cost center reports).

- Project & Cost center controlling .

- Managing staff productivity & motivation.

- Maintenance of chart accounts, account mapping, cost center structures and allocation schemes.

- Controlling of KPI indicating performance and quality of the service delivery of relevant service level agreements.

- Preparation of financial analysis for contract negotiations and equipment investment decisions.

- Providing leadership to various projects & operations from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant, preferably with a strong background in Statistics.

- Relevant years of work experience in Shared Services or related field

Preferred Skills:

- Should have managed large teams and multiple functions.

- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Good understanding of finance and controlling related business process within a complex and international environment.

- Strong team-player that easily interacts with different involved functions and enablers.

- Target and result driven, strong analytical skills.

- Should have strong people management skills.

- Energetic and driven with a real hands on approach to the job.

- Able to influence parts of organization without direct reporting line.

- Ability to co-ordinate and integrate.
