Experience : 8+ Years  This is an exciting opportunity to head a recruitment function for innovative technology business to meet its rapidly growing needs  Responsibilities :  - You will manage a recruitment team comprising of recruitment manager and executives. - Managing high volumes of recruitment, focusing on candidate and client (Internal)  - Working with the business and the team to devise a recruitment strategy and develop a new recruitment process for the whole business  - Working with HR, Talent and Marketing teams to strengthen our Employer Brand and Talent Attraction strategies  - Headhunting of candidates for senior level roles  - Overseeing the use of recruitment agencies and monitor spend to maximize  ROI :   - Managing the recruitment budget effectively  - Implementing a strategy to make candidate selection processes more data-driven and quantitative  - Growing and developing the longer-term talent pipeline strategy using innovative talent attraction techniques  - Recommending tools to improve and optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience Keeping up-to-date with market changes so you are able to advise the business on salaries, competitor movements; working with the HR team on benchmarking data  - Regular reporting of performance against recruitment budget, providing visibility of pipeline  Skills :  - Experience of managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally within a high growth technology or e commerce environment  - A track record of devising and successfully implementing market-leading and innovative talent attraction and recruitment strategies  - The hands-on ability to source candidates via various channels and approaches  - Strong interpersonal skills- essential to integrate into a vibrant and sociable working environment  - Highly collaborative and passionate about recruiting the best people  - Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.  Qualification : MBA from reputed institute like XLRI /TISS /SIMB preferred
