Role

Manage leadership hiring across various verticals within the group ,campus hiring from Top B Schools ,manage stakeholders ,devise talent acquisition and recruitment strategies based on the understanding of business needs ,employer branding etc

Ideal candidate being looked at is someone from Executive headhunting and consulting firms /KPO/BPOS /Off shoring/Shared services /Outsourcing companies / ITES -- PG degree in HR having from similar background and having qualities of a strategic and consultative recruiter to be able to work in collaboration with senior business leaders ,matured with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prefer candidates having exposure of working in organizations from matrix envt.

This is just a indicative role and may vary depending on the discussions with the shortlisted candidates

Compensation - 25-35 lacs
