We are looking for a Head - Recruitment -Digital for one of our esteemed clients
Responsibility :
Manage and run the international recruitment competency center - In order to continuously improve the quality of our recruitment process and consider different approaches to evaluate its effectiveness, In orange we are exploring to create a recruitment competency center. The new center is intended to be designed to increase our expertise of sourcing candidates in our current and NEW international expansion/development areas. It will aim to provide regional/geographical support as well as remote support.
- Can manage the execution and implementation of Centre and also contribute actively in the build phase
- Manage the team to ensure we recruit and hire more effectively, with greater support to managers on recruitment services,, want an end - to -end service which will improve responsiveness and engagement while decreasing their workload to fill their job openings. We will be able to offer a high caliber of such services by establishing a dedicated recruitment organization (machine), streamlining all recruitment requests under one umbrella
- Understand what internal clients are looking for, finding the right candidates and matching candidates to requirements;
- Provision of E2E expert resourcing expert support to hiring managers with the support of Recruitment Centre of competency;
- Assures a quality candidate experience
Relevant Experience
- Should possess a Master degree in HR preferred.
- 8 - 10 years experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Telecom & IT services organization - International Recruitment exposure
- Experience in End to end recruitment in Telecom & IT Services Company.
- International sourcing experience and have had hands-on exposure in different geographies
- Excellent knowledge of social networks and digital platforms
- A strong network

- Must have proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition
- Must have a proven knowledge of social networks, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way.
- External Awareness: Shows a strong understanding of the business environment, and understands factors, trends and issues which influence the company's business performance.
- Proven track record developing strong relationships with functional leaders and ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.

- Driving results: Able to drive results through effective team and individual performance, setting clear goals and managing accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong change management skills.
