Head - Record to Report - Shared Services

Record to Report/R2R roles are based with a Shared Services company based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities-

- Responsible for complex reporting and analysis of financial statements in addition to ensuring all accounting obligations are met within the timelines with high level of accuracy including managerial and operational leadership to R2R, AP, AR teams & ensure correct financial numbers reporting to the management

- Facilitating Internal & External Audits and ensuring all queries are answered efficiently on time

- Month on Month analysis of variances between budgeted versus actual Revenue & Cost data & providing commentary on financial reports to Group Finance & Country Finance Director

- Established Revenue & Cost Forecast Model based on Effective business days for all voice products on business unit level

- Monitoring of various KPI such as revenue per minute (RPM), Cost per Minute (CPM), Traffic Patterns etc. and reporting the same to HQ

- Rendering support & contributing towards process improvements through implementation of new systems, elimination of non-value-added work and streamlining of functional procedures to augment internal / external customer service levels

Qualification: MBA Finance/CA/CA Inter/Cost Accountant/CWA/CPA

- Exposure in International Accounting Standards (UK GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS)
