About our Client - Our client is a leading Corporate & Investment Bank and one of the leading financial services groups in the world. As part of expansion of their India based captive centre, they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as a Head of Quality and Re-engineering to develop a quality and continuous improvement culture at their finance shared services set-up based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - You would be leading the quality function for the shared service set-up of the bank supporting global geographies. You would liaise with the business heads for continuous improvement and change management within finance functions like reporting, accounting, FP&A etc. You would need to act as internal consultant for the organization and drive business managers for process improvement, process excellence, product design etc. leading a team of 10-12 Quality professionals (Six Sigma Black Belts/MBB).

The Successful Candidate - CA/MBA from premier B-School with atleast 16 years of relevant experience in financial services.

- Certified trained in Six Sigma (BB/MBB) with strong experience in continuous improvement across finance functions in a bank like reporting, accounting, FP&A etc.

- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Extensive quality, project initiation and business analysis experience.

- Successful track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
