Company: a German Food Ingredient and one of the largest Food FMCG Global Company  Role: Quality cum R&D Head (Food Processing)  Qualification - Food Technology  Exp - about 12+ years of relevant experience in similar Food Processing Industry  Location: Gurgaon  Job role -   Responsible for design, monitoring and driving implementation of all processes with regards to Quality across plants. Thorough knowledge of Food laws, ISO, HSE, best practices in Quality pertaining to Food manufacturing.   Responsible for formulation of products, recipes, compliance with food laws, product label compliances and packaging development. This includes product costing, vendor development, maintaining recipe database. Trial kitchen expertise desirable   Incumbent will manage a team of about 8-12 people across plants and corporate team. Must be willing to travel, though position is Delhi based.   Familiarity with products such as ours - emulsion and sauces ESP in western food will be desirable  Good communication skills, hands on, passionate about foods are some of the traits we are looking for   High credibility and references are a must due to product formulation secrecy.
