Client Details

Our client is one of the leading consumer durable companies in India. They are widely recognized in the market with the wide range of products across different verticals. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Head of Quality, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Job Description

Reporting to the Business head, you will be responsible for -

- Developing and implementing tools / processes / systems for evaluation of current / new suppliers as part of supplier on-boarding / performance review

- Launch "Quality Improvement Projects" to achieve improvement in customer satisfaction and reduction waste / COPQ

- Managing the Production quality and Supplier quality across various business lines making sure the standards are met

- Managing a team 5 - 6 members with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different functional heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile

You will be a professional with more than 15 years of experience in supplier and production quality ideally in Consumer Durables/manufacturing industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
