Currently working on a Quality Head role for a Financial services organization based in Mumbai.
- Head of Quality would be responsible to drive the quality agenda of the organization and will work closely with the parent group executives to leverage the best practices defined to improve the satisfaction score of different stakeholders like customer, partners, distributors and providers.
- Thorough understanding of quality standards, processes, tools & techniques which are to be used for a define charter. Conduct Audit and Manage Lean Sigma Projects.
Help respective functions to develop dashboards and start the culture of dashboard reviews and continuous improvement
Identifying and Implementing Process improvement Initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma Methodology
