Location : Mumbai  Role : Head-Quality & Analytics (Leadership role)  Experience : 15 years of experience in Data Mining/Analytics (preferably marketing analytics)  Job Description :  - The incumbent will lead a mid-size team of approx. 20 Analysts   - He / She should be an expert at providing analytical solutions i.e. business intelligence and reporting, predictive analysis, market segmentation & Business modeling  - He /She will be responsible for QC, UAT, Debugging and user Training of IT platforms built for business.  - Gathering Business requirements and translating the same to IT will require willingness to learn the business and facilitation skills.   - He / She needs to have at least 4-5 years of experience in people management.  - He / She needs to be proficient in the use of SAS and other analytical tools  - He / She needs to be flexible to a diverse range of work some of which could be exploratory in nature  - Preference will be given to experience in the realm of marketing analytics and to tier 1 professional background  - Applicants should be from an engineering background (tier 1 preferably) or Engineer + MBA (tier 1)
