Head - Quality

Requirements:

- Minimum of 20+ years of experience in IT Services Programs specific to Delivery Assurance and defining Quality standards.

- Must have minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Leading large scale QA Team at Leadership level for an organization with mature delivery set up based on ITIL framework and/or CMM model

- People management experience for minimum of 5 to 7 years.

- Must have had led multiple QA Programs, Surveillance Audits and large scale process re-engineering initiatives at global level.

- Track record of ensuring consistent compliance to SAS 70, HIPPA, CMM L5, ISO requirements etc.

- Strong in IT Infrastructure & Cloud computing space. ITIL implementation

Qualification: Engineering Degree or related
