The role of Head-Projects reports into the Chairman of the Group
Primarily responsible for the overall success of delivering multiple projects, reaching set targets both safely and correctly.
- To perform effectively within tight time-schedules and within strict budgets and create a positive work environment such that stakeholders viz., employees, vendors & contractors are with the project from planning to handover stage.
- Overall Incharge for Implementation of all the Projects of the Group
- Project costing / budget – preliminary budget
- Feasibility analysis study &Report
- Evaluation & appointment of consultants
- Risk identification, assessment of impact and mitigation actions
