Head Project Planning and Control

B.E / B.Tech- Mech (Ist class) with min 15 yrs experience in Planning / Project Control activities for Fertiliser / Refinery / Petrochemical project.

Experience in

1.Project Planning / Scheduling / Monitoring & Control ( Time, Resource, Cost & Quality) for a large scale project.

2.Mgmt Reporting / presentations / Special analyses and studies

3.Leading and development of a team of Planning Engineers.

4.Identification of bottlenecks in achieving targets / remedial measures.

Knowledge of

1.Planning techniques like Critical path analysis using Primavera Project Planner.

2.Project Life Cycle for process industry project.

3.Developing procedure for updating all control documents

4.Resource estimation / leveling techniques

5.Designing of MIS reports to suit varying needs of the project.

Location- Durgapur based
