About our Client - Our client is one of the leading E-commerce firms in India. Due to rapid expansion in their business, they are looking for a senior professional with strong experience in payments domain working in an international environment to restructure their entire payments infrastructure.

Job Description - Reporting into COO, you would be part of key leadership team in the organization, combining strategic thinking, analysis and planning of a critical function. You would also be responsible for enhancing payment experience of vendors and partners including streamlining the entire process. You would also be leveraging payment organization working closely with banking partners to help rapid growth of the business.

The Successful Candidate - MBA from Tier-1 B School with over 10 years of experience in payments domain working role with an MNC bank or consulting firm specializing in online and vendor payments.

- Strong Process Orientation with very good understanding of payments for Indian and Global market specifically in e-commerce

- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment

- Ideal candidate would have a very strong customer focus and would work towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delight
