We have the following requirement from Logistics sector for Pune

Business Head Pune

Role is :

- Overall responsible for all aspects of leadership, profitability, strategy for Pune CFS business and also business comprising 30 employees (budgeted) including Operations & Functions like Finance, HR, HSSE & Commercial .

- Post Graduation with 15 plus years experience

- He / She should have handled large teams.

- 8 to 10 years experience in Shipping & Logistics with minimum 2-3 years experience in a senior managerial role preferable as an independent P&L Head.

- Significant exposure to offering 3PL solutions would be preferred

- Technical knowledge of CFS Business operations

- Sound Market understanding & knowledge

- Financial Acumen & understanding of the levers

Skills Requirement :

- Commercial Acumen & Service mindset

- Leading teams as a Leader of Leaders

- Influencing skills & Relationship Building

Negotiation skills :

- Strong Execution skills with high result orientation

We are specifically looking for candidate who have good experience in P& L Management and are from 3PL companies
