As the Product head you bridge technical and business worlds as you design technologies with prolific engineers. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development with speed. We expect you to be a part of shaping world’s next game-changer.
The Role:
- Develop business & product strategy and roadmap for Spice portfolio based on deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Develop strategies and support the Board on fund raising activities
- Lead functional teams including Technology, Alliances, UX, Analytics, Operations, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to execute on user stories
- Help the team define user stories and partner with design and technology teams in an agile environment to iteratively help build products using test & learn methodology
- Develop portfolio performance measurements and ensure the operating metrics are achieved
- Identify opportunities to evangelize product through press interviews, SES/SMX conferences, and engaging with influencer communities
- Identify opportunities and enable team to cross sell products and increase customer adoption and engagement
- Create pipeline of Partnership/Investment opportunities (Build and Manage an incubation engine) which complement the overall portfolio strategy
Preferred Qualifications;
- MBA and graduate degree in engineering
- Core experience of 7-10 years with top Internet and Mobile product company, at least 3 years in Product Management. Technology background.
- Experience in project management and independently scoping, prioritizing and executing initiatives
- Entrepreneurial leadership experience with growth-stage, venture-backed companies or high-growth technology divisions within larger companies. Hands-on with building products and monetization
- Ability to manage individuals and multi geographical teams
- Self-motivated and ability to work in abstract environments
