Head - Production Quality - Washing Machine Division - Manufacturing

Roles and responsibility :

- To Measure Line performance (Part / Process) FPY, monthly and prepare action plan for improvement and should have experience only from Washing Machine Division.

- To ensure all process through Quality system & Process audit.

- New parts / Product development - APQP / FMEA / MSA / SPC / PPAP.

- Responsible for in plan sub shop quality - Moulding and Sheet metal parts, Paint Shop.

- Apply problem solving techniques and address the resolution of the issues with (8D) / CAPA/Six Sigma

- Conduct risk & capability assessment to assign appropriate actions.

- To ensure Process quality requirements are understood by manufacturing.

- Gap analysis for "Process is capable for the production of parts to the specification and at the required volume rate.

- To ensure In-house audit for Part and process and Responsible for supplier training - SQC, TQM, SIX Sigma, QC 7 Tool

- To ensure Product qualification (OQC Testing) for every lot.
