Head - Production - Pharmaceutical  Responsible for working with R & D team to introduce new Pack sizes, SKU or products at site. Responsible for safety, quality, service and cost KPI's.  Year on year improvement on Production efficiency like Plant cycle time, OEE, Change over time  Overseas production and packing for tablet and liquid lines  Responsible for timely investigations for Exceptions, Market complaints, Non compliance etc.  Responsible for compliance to production schedule  Identification and implementation of Cost improvement projects on site to improve operational efficiency  Training of people and responsible for identification of key positions and succession plan for key positions.  Works with planning, quality, stores and engineering to ensure delivery of planned output.  Responsible for setting up governance mechanisms for identified KPI's for Safety, quality, Service and Cost  Responsible for cross functional exposure to high potentials management staff and multiskilling for machine operators  Responsible for calculation of Budget requirements for Capex and Opex, Machine hours, Labour Hours, Yield, Productivity parameters.  Desired Criteria :  20+ years of Pharma experience in the area of tablets and liquid manufacturing  Experience in packaging is must
