We are looking for the position of Head Products for the one of the leading Tyre industry.  Industry Preference- Only Tyre industry  Location- Kolkata  Head Product - Truck, Bus, Farm, LCV & OTR-(Pan India)  - The role holder is responsible for overseeing planning and execution of below the line marketing activities for Truck, Bus, Farm, LCV & OTR product categories  - The role holder is accountable to the Chief of Marketing for increasing brand recall of products and smooth execution of marketing activities  Key Responsibilities :  Area Description :   Gathering customer and market insights - Responsible for researching and understanding key current and future customer trends and gathering customer insights through periodic field visits   - Responsible for analyzing positioning of competition's Truck, Bus, Farm, LCV & OTR products   - Responsible for gathering market intelligence about competitor's schemes, marketing strategies, etc. through periodic field visits   Developing marketing plan and budget : Responsible for identifying local below the line marketing opportunities and developing an annual marketing plan specifying :   Below the line marketing activities to be undertaken for each product such as point of sale campaigns, direct mailing, local promotional activities and trade shows, etc.  Discounts/ schemes that will be offered to dealers and end customers  Allocation of expenses between products based on potential for future growth and profit contribution and potential competitors   Marketing materials that will be created and distributed  Marketing calendar that details out schedule of activities   - Responsible for developing bottom up channel wise and product wise estimate of budget required for marketing activities and trade discount  - Responsible for aligning marketing plan and calendar with Head- Brand Strategy & Communication's above the line marketing plan and calendar
