We are hiring for core banking product company  The Head of Product Management is a senior leadership position reporting into the Business Head. He/she is responsible for ensuring that   - In terms of business functionality and technology the product obtains and retains leadership position in the target markets,   -2. The value proposition and product strategy is understood by the presales and sales team and in turn both are enabled to communicate the same to prospects, customers and analysts, and,  - PRG or Implementation partner are provided with tools and techniques with which they are able to roll out the product with optimal efficiency and lowest possible cost  - BH is the owner of all the above and hence the incumbent will be expected to work closely with the BH.  Key Deliverables:  - Develop marketing collaterals such as Pitch book and presentations in consultation with marketing and pre-sales team.   - Continuous enhancement and updation of collaterals including but not limited to emailer, Call script, Whitebook, Brochure, Product M180 book, Presentations, Demo Scenarios and Demo Data  - Develop RFI and RFP response templates for effective communication of product value proposition  - Preparation of standard demo data and demo scenarios  - Prepare FAQs for objection handling during interaction with prospects and leads  - Use case/ Functional specification of product features  - Test case suite for manual and automated product testing  - Product Manual  Key Performance Measures:  - Progression of the product on Gartner magic quadrant or other similar analyst rankings  - Ranking of the product on functional, technological and cost dimensions in each deal  - Customer feedback on product performance  - Reduction in implementation life cycle  - Count and nature of UAT issues raised in implementations  Key Competencies:  Experience:  - Minimum 15+ experience in IT / Products in Banking or in software products / services  - Progressive career experience as a senior executive in a bank or a large software company  - Strong experience on product management preferably banking products  - Sound knowledge on product design, product development and solution architecture.  - Good people management skills / talent development  - Good grasp of various technologies and its usage  - Nurture innovation / engineering design / Design Thinking  Pioneer Hiring Team 9122 28570973
