Msc/PhD/M. Tech /B Tech in Food Technology  - Experience of over 12 years in R&D (Foods), with specific 4 years of operational experience is most preferred. Experience of 2 years in Quality Assurance area will be a added advantage.  Specific areas to focus would be as follows :   - New product development (quality, packing, P & L, Operationalization - scaling up, newer products.  - Knowledge of Product quality and Operational consistency.   - Quality guidelines for procuring raw materials (Support vendor development & quality standards at vendor site).  - New line commissioning & installation/ Capacity enhancement.  Setting standards : Quality / Design & adherence to SOPs quality & hygiene standards.  - Passionate on acquiring knowledge & building new range of Authentic Indian cuisines  - Closely working with Marketing Team and capturing the insights and feedback, while effectively linking international innovations that matter in making a difference to the business.  - Closely working with Recipe Development team for smoother and faster development and renovation of products.  - Working closely with packaging development team to ensure that the packaging innovations on the category are delivered meeting all norms.   - Strong process orientation - In plant process that help operations conceive the relationship between an agreed process and quality.  - Strong understanding on the agro origin raw materials, storage practices and varietal validation process to support the NPD Agenda.   - Closely working with Purchase Team for development and revision of RM specifications for NPD, Renovation and cost-saving projects.  - Effectively be a quality leader and help ensure - Quality- produce working closely with both SCM (OFSS Standard adherence) and operations, while actively communicating to the stakeholders - Marketing, Manufacturing & Technology.   - Build technical strengths in newer emerging technical areas of Authentic traditional Indian foods category while working with a group of food technologists & Chef(s).  - Act as a facilitator in - Quality Enabling- by providing support to - Operations Development- on quality.  Please connect with me at 8296896873
