Description : Senior leadership role with large MNC Bank to manage their global P2P operations including end to end payment operations, expense management and procurement operations.

Client Details :

- Our client is one of the leading Financial Institutions Globally. With expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Head of Procurement and Payment Operations for their global operations managed by the team based in India. They are looking for a senior professional with around 20 years of experience to join their team to manage the procurement and P2P operations for the bank.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the COO, the candidate will be leading a global team supporting multiple geographies to manage end to end procurement and payment operations as part of shared services set-up across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Retail banking and Investment Management on a global basis. You will manage a large team of professionals including VPs and Directors with global responsibility in the areas of Sourcing, Payments & Accounting Services, Invoice Processing, Static, staff expenses with focus on the transformation of activities.

- Further you will be responsible for driving strategic change initiatives to create robust processes and continue to build strong and effective control environment.

Profile :

- You must be a CA/Masters with around 20 years of post-qualifying experience in expense management, payment operations with understanding of strategic sourcing.

- You must have experience within financial services, shared services or consulting organizations

- Prior experience of working in an international environment is essential.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, supporting long term career development.
