Urgently looking out for Head Procurement with one of the reputed company based at Mumbai.Candidate should have at least minimum 12 years of experience in a Procurement / purchasing function within a multinational FMCG organization.  Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience within a similar role.  Candidate should have professional qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain.Candidate must be well versed with SAP knowledge and should be expertise in marketing services.  Job Description :  - Define and implement the procurement policy of the company according to the Group strategy.  - Lead a procurement department of 3 Buyers and 1 controller.  - Increase Coverage of Purchasing Department on all Promo, POS, Indirect, Marketing Services Categories.  - Negotiate and establish the contracts with the TOP 30 suppliers.  - Coordinate with the technical teams the setting of specifications and the evaluation of the suppliers.  - If needed Seeking a new member of the Procurement Team to Drive, Manage and Support one of key categories.  - Improve the procurement processes in the various departments outside Head Office (R&I and Factory).  - Strengthen the current reporting system.  - Manage the relationships with the suppliers, the rating and proper diversification and to provide budgetary information/KPI's to all business.  - Define procurement objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.  Competencies :  - SAP Knowledge  - Team Leader  - Excellent Knowledge Marketing Services  - Good Knowledge in Indirect Procurement  Bimla Vishwakarma  8879665605
