JOB DESCRIPTION - Head PE Funds

Purpose of the Role:

- Lead the PE funds Business and be responsible for P&L, sales, delivery & client relationship.

Key responsibilities:

- Accountable for entire operations of PE/VC/AIF Funds

- Acquire new clients making detailed presentations on our investor servicing and fund accounting solutions.

- Lead Pricing negotiation with client and ensure margins.

- Follow up with prospective clients and get Letter of Intent followed with service provider agreement and SLA and vet all modification done or sought by client.

Liaise with clients in PE funds in:

- All operational setup

- New scheme launches

- Business promotions

- Client meetings

- Introduction of team

- Operational review with clients

- Decide escalation matrix

- Onboarding clients by establishing service deliverables

- Ensure provision of committed services like online services, EISC to client by raising necessary internal development requests.

- Raise Internal development requests and follow through team.

- Responsible for proper functioning and coordination of team which includes - delegation of work, manpower planning, Recruitment, Training and development, Performance review, mentoring and coaching for competency development.

- Represent the vertical for various presentations to board, stake holders

Person specification:

- Management graduate from reputed B schools.

- 15-18 years work experience

- Proven Client acquisition and business leadership

- Managed several clients

- Preferably from corporate banking background

- Understands full business cycle in PE funds domain

- End to end exposure on trade, custody KYC, Financial accounting may be an added advantage
