Description : Leadership role with a Global Leading Debt Recovery firm to lead their Portfolio Acquisition and Resolution teams as business head

Client Details :

- Our client, Global Leading Debt Recovery Firm which has also been named as one of the fastest growing companies in US is looking to rapidly expand their existing India business.

- They are looking to recruit seasoned professionals with experience in banks or NBFCs with proven track record in portfolio acquisition or resolution in retail lending and SME sector to lead their team.

Job Description :

- Reporting into ARC Business Head, you would be heading Acquisition or Resolution business. You would be responsible to generate business from the Indian market and will come with strong understanding of stressed portfolio market either in an acquisition or resolution role.

- You would lead and grow this business from scratch and would need to leverage on your existing relationships to kick start business.

- You would be responsible to set up the team, formulate business strategies and partner with external teams to grow business.

Profile :

- You should have around 10 to 15 years experience working with a financial institution or NBFC dealing in credit risk or portfolio acquisition for retail lending or SMEs.

- Strong relationships with clients in SME and retail lending segment with strong understanding of end to end credit appraisal cycle.

- Understanding of SARFAESI act and other regulations.

- Ability to leverage on your existing relationships with financial institutions and other vendors.

- You should have strong presentation and communication skills and prior experience in a leadership role is a must.
