- Provides Group-wide direction of credit risk-taking. Manage the resolution of all significant credit policy issues and run the Credit Committee, which approves major credit decisions.  - Formulation of Risk policy and the implementation of it across the businesses.Partner on the implementation of ALLL policies and procedural guidelines. Interface with independent model validation and governance functions.  - Develop a thorough understanding of portfolios and risk reporting processes, Credit quality, delinquency, non-earnings, losses, reserves, capital allocation products and to provide portfolio transparency and meaningful analysis.  - Analyzing risk/business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus.  - Respond promptly and compose responses regarding portfolio risk inquiries and ensure reporting processes are repeatable, reliable and auditable  - Leverage portfolio knowledge from business portfolio and deep dive reviews to periodically assess product segmentation in reserve models, and review appropriateness of secondary reserve models used to benchmark primary models  - Develop and lead efforts to capture in centralized database associated data fields and metrics to facilitate independent and granular analysis for all products and markets
