Head - PMO - BPO

1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Project Management

2. Exceptional analytical skills

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Must have handled multiple projects in transition of operational/ delivery functions in offshoring environment

5. Experience of process mapping and documentation – SOP creation

6. Ability to lead the transitions as an individual contributor

7. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt

8. Will have to work shift
