Operations Head ( manufacturing ) -- Plant Based Role -- MNC Food & Personal care major

MBA From Top 10 B Schools with specialization in operations, only preferred for this Role .

JOB ROLE :-

The Operations Team Head is responsible for effectively managing production activities and resources, for a specified manufacturing area, to deliver the agreed to business results and drive continuous improvement while maintaining positive employee relations.

Consolidate & standardize the cluster Process Excellence initiatives

Drives Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality and service.

Train and educate the organization and implement continuous improvement methodologies TPM, 6 Sigma, 5S, Lean, Kaizens and others.

Supports safety as a top priority - in training, job design, ergonomics, and regulatory.

Focused on plant wide issues and inter-plant initiatives including developing synergies and business opportunities to optimize other manufacturing plants.

Planing project activities viz. gathering requirements from customers, scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management and post implementation support.

Implementing project plans within preset budgets & deadlines and monitoring offshore delivery management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA with Engineering from Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical

Ability to manage large team

Should have worked in Plant Environment in -- FMCG / Pharma / Process Industries
