Head - Plant HR - Manufacturing (12-18 yrs)

We are a 7 year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ArCent Global. We provide dependable top level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies (e.g. EY, Amazon, Nike etc)

Currently we have been retained by one of our clients which is engaged in manufacturing of industrial chemicals and textiles. The company also has presence in IT services and Edible salt. Started in 1987, they have 3000 FT employees + 3000 contractual / off rolls. 1000 are executives (white colored), 60 people in HO at NOIDA. The company is Listed on BSE & NSE and exports its products to 11 countries in world.

We are looking for 2 DGM - HR for their plants based at Veraval & Vapi.

The purpose of the role is to strengthen Human resources at plant level and facilitate development of sustainable employee relations.

Responsibilities will include:

- Will have a role of developing HR business strategy and also implementing continuous improvement of the various HR processes rolled out by the Corporate HR.

- Create the annual HR plan and long term strategy based on the business objectives and influence business leaders by providing professional human resources advice, counsel, and practical solutions.

- Drive and improve the effectiveness of Performance Management System across the organization.

- Organization effectiveness - Always look for opportunity to strengthen the organization of the plant.

- Introducing and implementing the Organization development initiatives.

- Building good relationships and keeping adequate communication with all levels of employees and manage the employee relations Cascade and support HR related initiatives from Corporate.

- Being as the change agent and enforce the company culture and promote right behavior Talent development - lead all the development initiatives in plant including talent review, succession planning, training and development, recruitment & selection and other existing employee engagement initiatives etc.

We are looking for a person with FT MBA [HR] from a reputed institute with 12-18 years of post qualification experience in HR & IR activities with a reputed companies in Chemicals/FMCG/Textile/ Pharmaceutical/Paints/ Plastic/Electrical/Cement sector.

- Should be in a HR profile from last 2-3 years.

- Should have completed educational qualifications on a continuous basis.

The person should have handled HR activities in a leadership role for a plant with employee strength of around 1500.

Age : Should be between 33-45.
