Job Description

Responsible for Talent acquisition, Talent Engagement, Learning and Development, Performance Mgt systems, Strategic Planning, C & B, IR and Statutory Compliance. Responsible to drive HR intervention to minimize employee attrition and maintain high level employee satisfaction .Support culture building initiatives, Govern & Facilitate various HR practices of routine employment life cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post- graduation in HR from Tier 2/3 Institutes with 12 -15 yrs of Experience in Plant HR Function. Preferably from Reputed Labour intense Manufacturing environment.
