Head - Planning & Program Management - IIM/IIT/ISB/BITS - Logistics Startup

Role and Responsibilities:

Cross functional role working with the CEO on multiple cross functional initiatives- e.g., explore new initiatives like

last mile industry specific solutions,

line haul solutions; and overall planning;

setting up overall analytics engine for the company;

manage hiring,

investor interactions

Mini- CEO role given width of exposure; will transition into one of the key roles in next 6 months as the org matures

Skills Required:

Highly analytical, strong problem solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of e-commerce logistics preferred; Product role experience in e-commerce a big plus

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Ability to define processes and ensure change management

Work Experience:

~ 2-3 years in e-commerce working on supply chain related initiatives

PLUS

2-4 years of management consulting experience with the top firms

PLUS

1-2 years of direct technology experience (software development / product role) highly desirable

Education:

MBA from IIMs/ ISB

Engineering background from top tier colleges (e.g., IITs, BITS)
