Client Details

Our client is global brand with a strong presence across all major economies. They are widely regarded as pioneers in their space, and are renowned worldwide for their innovative product range. Over the years, they have established a strong presence in the India market, and are currently looking at further expanding their footprint. They are looking at recruiting a Head of Planning & Logistics, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for -

- Managing the Planning Function for the company (both demand and supply planning)

- Managing the Logistics Function end to end (including transportation, distribution, warehousing and 3PL management)

- Inventory Management

- Customs Clearance and Trade Compliance

- Team Management - you will be leading a team of around 10 professionals

Profile

You will be a Post Graduate with around 12 years of experience across different Supply Chain Functions (Planning experience is mandatory). Prior experience of working on SAP is a must. You should have the experience of working across Consumer Durables/Electronics, Automotive, Office Automation, Building Materials etc. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability of liaising extensively with senior stakeholders.
