With reference to your profile, we would like to share with you the following position with one of our esteemed client to be based at Jakarta (Indonesia). The details of the position are as follows:

Company Profile: Our client is a large established Group in Indonesia who are into trading, real estate and financial markets. Our client is looking to fill the position with a DYNAMIC professional for their Retail division which has more than 150 stores across Indonesia.

Designation: Head (Retail-Planning, Commercial & Inventory) - Retail

Location: Jakarta (Indonesia)

Job Description:

- Set Monthly targets for each brands along with break down for ATV, # of Transactions, ASP and ATU.

- Monitor weekly performance and publish weekly trading Reports.

- Publish Monthly Results. Lead Monthly Brand Forums and Conduct structured reviews.

- Finalise Merchandise Budget and Open to Buy updates for Principal buys.

- Lead Inventory Controls including inventory optimisation strategies.

- Manage Stock - Drive Non Principal Stock Buy.

- Partner with various business unit heads to provide analytical decision making support and recommend and implement improvements to profitability and operational efficiency

- Provide analytical support to senior management and board of directors.

- Analyse new Business opportunity and support management in taking key decisions.

- Support and facilitate contract analysis and negotiations

- Analyse competition & have quarterly Competition / Risk review Meetings.

- Work with department heads to design, track, and analyse KPI performance to provide accountability to the organization

- Lead a team of 3-4 People.

- Other responsibilities from time to time as assigned by CFO.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA (From Top Institutes)

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 4 Years post qualification.

- Experience in working in a highly flexible and fluid organization

- Previous retail experience preferred but not compulsory.
