Our client is a US based IT product firm with presence in US and India (Delhi & Bangalore)

Designation : Head - People Operations

Role reports to CEO and handle a small Team

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Create cohesive culture across multiple offices: Employee exchange, Constant updates and inclusion, Hiring needs

- Take charge of: On-boarding, Getting to know different functions, Buddy from different location, Monthly employee surveys, Monthly company and product wide updates, Monthly employee recognition, Events / fun things

- Employee training

- Performance appraisal and training managers

- Performance appraisal system

Desired Profile :

- 4-7 years of experience in working for Startup organisation and interested to work in people related activities

- Masters OR PGDM in any stream from premier institutes

- Sales/Marketing/HR/Product Management professionals willing to work in People oriented role

- You are deeply passionate about having India produce the next Microsoft, Google or Apple.

- An extrovert. You love to go to events and meet people at cafes and don- t find other people boring

- Passionate to Work and Interact with young team

- Out of the box thinker

- More of people oriented than process oriented

- Good communication skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills

- Can handle multiple sites(India/US) independently

- Willing to work in start-up environment and work with founders
