Job purpose :

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships :

- Partner with Travel companies to enable customer acquisition & content generation.

- Anchor conceptualizing, contracting, onboarding and reporting for existing review generation partnerships.

- Partner with High Traffic website to promote HolidayIQ content (Licensing) on revenue share basis.

Account Management :

- Interfacing with key influences for ascertaining requirements, managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality norms.

- Ingredient marketing which operationally helped in improving the monthly organic traffic and content generation on our website.

- Anchored and lead the team that successfully managed Review Direct Program with hotels all across the country.

Roles and responsibilities :

- You will need to have a strong track record of negotiating, and managing strategic and tactical commercial partnership deals with partners directly, across industries liasing at a senior level with decision makers on a revenue share model within the online industry.

- You will have proven experience in online partnership development, understanding of commercial models such as revenue share, and comfortable engaging at a senior level with clients direct. This is a highly visible role, with great career development.

- Responsible for Content generation & distribution through partners leading to massive brand visibility, traffic & revenue.

- Working with Product/Engg. Team on App development & Responsible for App download.

- Developeing strategic partnerships with leading OTAs, Airlines, Transporters, Tour operators, Media & Technology companies, Telecom companies and Tourism boards for content, revenue & traffic through all channels (desktop/mobile site, App).

- Responsible for revenue (on site/app, partners), traffic (through partners), App download & Content.

- Responsible for product initiatives on web/mobile.

- Needs to own the month on month revenues generated from the Media sales as a channel. Needs to be able to sell various propositions to media houses and partners.

- Travel is a fun proposition and HolidayIQ occupies an interesting space with the consumer as a travel brand. Hence the need is for a creative person who can think up and sell solutions to media houses and partners. Will have to go beyond just looking at traffic based visibility deals. The need is to create multipliers through interesting solutions

- Champions ad-space, properties and campaigns internally to help drive revenue further.

- Create discipline in inventory utilization in regular - run the business- campaign.

- Ensure strict discipline in collections and a healthy cash flow

Skills :

- Sales super star who is creative, has gravitas and ability to convince counterparts

- Has contacts in the media industry owing to past experience. Should have complete understanding of the media buying cycles and how to pitch within those.

- Passion for travel, Self driven and aggressive with desire to push for exponential growth. Desire to work in the fast paced and demanding world of startups

Experience :

- 7-12 years in a media sales/partnership role

- Mix of agency and online experience preferred

- Needs to have worked with top media agencies and ad networks in the country
