Strategy :
- Constantly collect BHR and business input and needs, assesses Head Talent Management implications of key business priorities and capability needs
- With support from India Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness Head, develop annual talent & organizational plan for the business and countries as assigned to.
Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management :
- With support from India Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness Head, drive and execute organizational development needs with respective business units and countries.
- Proactively works with Business Leaders to design and implement talent and organization plans.
- Responsible for organization/ team effectiveness, talent and succession planning, leadership development and change management, etc.
- Be able to facilitate workshops/ meetings and other format of interventions as a part of Talent Organization solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
Performance Consulting
- Provides consulting support to BHR and/or key stakeholders in executing TOC intervention which supports business strategy.
- Executes consulting processes and approaches through all client engagements.
Training and Facilitation
- Facilitate training needs analysis with BHR and/ or key stakeholders, create and implement annual and monthly training plan including needs survey, analysis and solutions based on business needs.
- Identify new needs from business, review, design/refine existing learning solutions including planning and process improvement beyond core learning and development offerings as needed.
