This position is responsible for Organizational Developmental initiatives including facilitation and management of business transitions on the people front. This position will manage the deployment of Psychometric assessment into the larger career framework beyond recruitment and selection.  The incumbent should be an expert in :  - Organization design  - Change management  - Strategic people planning  - Cross-organizational initiative planning and facilitation  The responsibilities include:  - Conceptualize & Implement Diagnostics and resultant interventions  - Ensure that change initiatives are anchored by implementing and maintaining appropriate systems and processes  - Ensure all stakeholders act in ways that support/implement the change  - Implement organisation effectiveness interventions in conjunction with Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition & Engagement  - Facilitate valid and reliable psychometric assessments as per global best practice and in managing performance.  - Diagnose potential organizational opportunities and concerns  - Identify in conjunction with stakeholders and Implement specific enterprise wide actions enabling employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, roles and technologies  - Own and drive EVP initiatives to ensure employee ownership of EVP drivers  - Define the means to measure and manage EVP  - Work with Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition & Engagement to ensure that employee/ potential employee communications drive cultural awareness and adherence  - Provide report on a quarterly basis.  The Ideal Candidate should be:   - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience post MBA in high-value, global Human Resources roles as well as a proven track record of designing and managing leadership and talent development programs  - MBA/MS/MA from top tier accredited school  - Proven track record of success and the ability to lead an organization in a highly dynamic environment  - Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills  - Ability to delegate responsibility and manage performance as well as excellent operational and project management skills  - Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity to design and implement high value, strategic programs  - Excellent Communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills  - Focus on results and measurement of impact and effectiveness of all initiatives undertaken.  About the company:  A Multinational Client of Antal International
