Organization Effectiveness & Culture:

- Lead organization design and restructure activities through the process of aligning strategy, structure and culture. Build the capability of others including functional managers and HR partners in these areas.

- Build organizational capability and drive the application of a transformation approach to organizational change.

- Identify, develop and execute employee engagement and culture enhancement activities, tools and processes which reinforce Companies culture principles.

- Provide individual and team effectiveness coaching and development on an as-needed basis.

- Design, execute, and consult on organization assessment, culture and effectiveness surveys which include Great Place to Work and Upward Feedback Coaching Tools.

- Research external OD trends and innovations, remaining current with new developments and technologies.

People Capability Tools and Process Design:

- Design tools and processes to support brand Building People Capability cycle including performance management, 360 feedback, individual development planning and ongoing coaching.

- Partner with the Director of Talent Management in the design of talent management and executive selection tools and processes.

- Develop and implement executive and high potential identification and leadership tools and processes
