Head - Organisation Development - Internet (10-14 yrs)
The Head of OD will be responsible for the senior level decision-making and both day to day management and strategic direction for Culture, Engagement and Learning and Development.
- The post holder will work alongside the Head of HR to manage all aspects of the People Experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, delivery and evolution of the People Experience, from pre to post employment, embodying the brand values in everything you do.
- Definition and management of business wide capability framework and associated training and competency framework.
- Design and delivery of induction for all employees.
- Provide strong leadership for the organisation.
- Facilitate and manage people experience to maximise people engagement.
- Create, embed and manage a coaching framework
- Develop mechanisms to foster fluidity within the organisation and to maximise organisational potential, including talent management.
- Applicants must have extensive background within a senior OD role as well as proven experience of culture development and change management methods.
- Knowledge of developing and managing capability frameworks will be key to the success of this role and it goes without saying that you will need to be a strong influencer / collaborator at senior levels.
- Full time MBA from Premium Institute (top 5 business schools)
