Urgently looking for Head- Oracle HRMS for reputed client based in Bangalore and Mumbai

Job responsibilities:

- Competency management and defining a competency framework for development practice and practically implementing it

- Must have managed global stakeholders and global implementations, including HR Shared services set up and program management

- Must have strong program management skills

Required Skill:

- Comes from a very strong Oracle HRMS e-Business suite background

- Ability to prepare development strategy, plans & reports for complicated systems

- HR Shared Services domain knowledge
