You should be having a bent for understanding & analyzing data/information and ability to draw structured inferences, conclusions & processes based on data points.   2. Should be a people person – A very important aspect of the role is to manage large teams & create stickiness in them.   3. Team Leadership Capabilities – Manage a team of 4-5 direct reports initially, which will grow to 20-25 direct reports & 400+ through hierarchy in 1-2 years   4. Performance management by setting KRAs, guiding and providing the team direction to achieve it.   5. Identify skill gaps in the current setup and mentor/ coach to build capabilities   6. Hire key talent where required   Cross functional team leadership   1. Be the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development.   2.
