I have an opening with one of my top BPO clients for global sourcing role. Should be from BPO industry only.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 12 yrs of overall experience out of six years required in strategic sourcing,global sourcing, category management etc.

- Experience towards international sourcing (mandatory)

- Hands on operations management required

- Expertise in setting up the off-shore delivery centre in global sourcing.

- Good on team handling and setting up the team

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Client interaction and client engagement

- Service Delivery and SLA management.

- The role would be head of offshore delivery, managing a initial team of 25-30.
