- Service Delivery to all Clients as per SLAs.
- First Level & Key escalation for All Clients.
- Intense Client engagement & networking; mining current accounts for additional opportunities, with continuous improvementof share of clients’ outsourcing spend.
- Oversee new process transitions;
- Set up systems and programs for continuous process improvements.
- Ensure Account Profitability.
- Motivate, Lead and Manage Operations Team comprising Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), Insurance Back Office (BO) and dedicated CSC staff including Regional Coordinators (RCs)
- At least 12 years of operations experience part of it in Insurance Companies, preferably both Life and Health Insurance and part of experience in Insurance BPO, with at least 2 years in a leadership position handling a large team.
- BPO experience and Operation experience across the full Insurance value chain desirable
