Bangalore based, 700+ Plus people strong, been around for 2+ years, and raised 4 round of venture capital funding; One of the hottest Rental eCommerce startup Company hiring for Regional/Operation/City Head Position.

Preferably from eCommerce/Real estate.

If you are an expert in understanding Operation needs and go above and beyond to make it work for the business by using your amazing Operations Skills!! We are looking for you :)

Specific Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for the monthly targets in terms of no. of houses in our portfolio, no. of houses live on our site and the occupancy rates.

- Effective and efficient handling of service and maintenance tickets.

- Ensure smooth move-ins of tenants into our properties.

- Strive towards operational excellence by monitoring, regularizing and optimizing the

- TAT of individual activities.

- Self-motivated to drive himself & his team towards targets

- Will be managing a team of around 20-25 people (Managers and executives)

- Identify & tie up with big local furnishing companies to aid to the owners furnishing requirements of the house.

- Customer centric approach & good with numbers
