The KPO Head Operations will spearhead the research, knowledge management and quality function to achieve outcomes benchmarked with the best in the industry. This would include:  - Developing efficiencies in processes, and enhancing the use of tools and techniques in research  - Building a high performance team -   - Setting goals, reviewing and monitoring performance in terms of quality, scope and completeness of deliverables  - People development - Mentoring and conducting training/ workshops on product, process, research skills, use of resources, creation of reports (industry, company mapping), tracking movements, soft skills like planning and time management, communication, managing data and work flow  - Administrative and day-to-day operational responsibilities  - Keeping track of the daily work load / MIS, assigning requests and ensuring timely delivery of research requests.  - Managing efficiency and productivity of team members on a day-to-day basis.  - Providing guidance / direction on research strategy, target companies etc  - Provide solutions for challenging research and - difficult to meet- deadlines.  - Keeping track and imparting training on new tools and methodologies in research.  - Ensuring that internal databases are up to date real time  - Ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks  - Competency mapping and recruitment of resources  The challenge would be to set up and deliver world class research and knowledge management services in the firm with a team of young resources within a defined period of time.  GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES  For exceptional candidates who bring strong operations experience and a deep commercial mindset, the post of Head of KPO can be considered. The incumbent can expect an exponential growth in the size and scale of operations along with a commensurate growth in his / her responsibilities.  The KPO Head will have the following key job accountabilities:  Operations / Delivery Management  - To head delivery of the identified services / products to the clients (internal or external).  - To lead the delivery effectively by ensuring cost, quality and timeliness of delivery.  - In the case of external clients, s/he will be the point of contact, and will create and lead the transition plan and be the client interface.  - Provide reports, MIS / presentations / updates on performance vis-a-vis service level agreements  - Pro-active in ensuring acceptable service delivery by increasing product effectiveness and reducing the time taken  - Fully knowledgeable in all content sources used and data sets covered  - Drive OPS Excellence & Productivity, Quality, Customer Exp  - Flawless execution on Operational deliverables through a robust operational and controls/compliance framewok  - Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive while developing mitigation plans  Knowledge Management  - Responsible for all of Hunt Partner's Intellectual Property, including our candidate database, mandate repository, prospect knowledgebase, etc.  - Partnering with the practices to ensure that relevant and up-to date market information is readily available  - Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of companies and candidates in various industry sub segments,  - Maintaining the various knowledge repositories (O2 / ERP)  - Generating high quality reports as required by the business
