Leads and directs the following functions: operations, human resources, information systems, new business development and advocacy.   - Assists the Management in the development of organisation policies and goals for the above mentioned functions. K-12 education is a USD 40Bn sunrise industry and this role would provide a deep understanding of this sector's operational dynamics.  Essential Duties :  - Works closely with the CEO, Principals of the schools and Operations Teams in tracking, analyzing and monitoring overall performance of the schools including key KPIs like student movement, teacher movement, recruitment, learning and development, extracurricular activities, revenues/fee-collections, cost optimizations, customer and employee satisfaction, academic performance and non-academic operations of the school.  - Acts as a liaison between the management and academic stakeholders in the schools by participating, developing and tracking the preparation of short-term and long-range academic and non-academic plans based upon group level strategic goals and objectives.  - Develops and establishes operating policies across verticals of human resources, IT, advocacy and general operations and ensures their adequate execution.  - Working closely with the corporate team and leveraging the team's expertise in managing the business unit  Other Duties :   - Develop and implement services to support the growth and development of The Heritage Schools  - Attend academic and non-academic related programs, staff development meetings, trainings and other professional activities to improve employee performance  - Represent the values of The Heritage Schools and maintains appropriate conduct towards educators, students, parents and the community  - Model non-discriminatory practices in all activities  Job Specification & Key Skills :   - 3-5 years of consulting/project management/Audit/Analytics experience with focus on driving business performance via stakeholder satisfaction, revenue enhancement and efficient execution. Experience of working in education management/executing grass root K-12 related activities will be a plus  - Demonstrated experience in analysis and planning with ability to analyse and anticipate situations, define problems and objectives, recognize alternatives and formulate solutions. Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must.  - Management degree from a Tier 1 institute will be considered an added advantage or CA/CFA  - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and deal with ambiguity on a day to day basis  - Demonstrated experience in Good project management skills to monitor and successfully complete long term projects across the group  - Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.  - Must have experience in managing small teams
