- A key member of the Operations team, responsible for efficiently running and leading Insurance Broking (London Markets and Canada) in Mumbai with accountability on all service delivery parameters.   - This is a key Customer Services role where the real challenge is in achieving the appropriate balance between service delivery and cost, in the scenario of consistent and considerable change.   - Key accountability include developing & maintaining close relationship with UK/Onshore operations and frequently interacting with stakeholders to resolve service related issues, planning and delivering projects.   - Influencing skills will be a key success factor.
