Position: Head of Operations- Institutional Equities.- (COO)
Reporting to: Group COO.
Job Responsibilties:
The person would be responsible for overall operations.
Equity - institutional equity operations for Indian market and Overseas.
He will be Responsible for :
1. Entire trading and clearing operations.
2. Risk management
3. Delivery.
4. Sales (Liaison between Sales and Operation team).
5. Operations.
6. Processes. (Process Management-Designing and improving processes for smooth flow of operations)
7. MIS.
8. Technology.
9. Systems.
10. Analytics.
