This role is fairly diverse and requires confidence, professionalism and a go -getter attitude.   The primary responsibility includes setting up of home care services operations in all major cities in India. The person will directly report to CEO.  - Setting up and scaling the service delivery from scratch in accordance with aggressive business growth plans  - Recruiting and managing team of nurses, therapists, operations personnel etc. to provide services at patients home  - Scale the service delivery to all major cities in India with operational excellence - highest customer satisfaction with on-time service delivery of highest quality  - Build operational metrics and deliver through team to provide six sigma level service without compromising on scaling of business  - People management, productivity targets, process improvements and ensuring efficient & smooth operations in their respective zones   - Work closely with the CEO in setting up strategic goals/revenue targets and managing the service delivery for the organization.   - Continuous improvement activities for net promoter score  - Monitor cost and revenue gaps and address the same.   - Identify new initiatives in the market from conceptualization to execution and contribute to the growth of the organization.   - Oversee, develop and mentor all field staff team to deliver quality and professional services  - Managing weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reporting and taking responsibility of review with management on operational performance and marketing plans  - Hire, develop and retain a high quality team across cities  Desired Profile:  - Candidates with work experience in operations / service delivery role for at least 10 years should apply (can be from airline, homecare, hospitality, ecommerce startups, logistic startups etc.)  - MBA/B.Tech from top institutes preferred  - Experience in HealthCare industry is an added plus  - Process mindset with experience managing a customer service organization is preferred   - Experience of designing and managing smooth operations for a growing, high -impact organization is desirable   - Should be able to manage staff with conflicting demand and performance pressures while sticking to delivery timelines and cost constraints  - Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision   - Should be detail oriented, organized, professional and responsible  - Should be able to form positive relationship with the team and lead the team  - Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
