Description - A Head of Operations role for a leading, rapidly growing Healthcare player in the diagnostics space with a nationwide footprint

Client Details :

Client is a Healthcare diagnostic player, with multiple round of funding from global firms, in the diagnostics space with presence in over 15 states and 108 branches, committed to making treatment a normal activity encouraging patients to have fun, work and other day-to-day routine

Description :

Broadly, the major aspects the job would entail are :

- Head the daily Operations for the organisation by engaging multiple internal stakeholders Pan-India

- Extensive travelling to meet state heads, zonal heads and other branch employees

- Ensure daily activities are in place and identify scope to optimise the same, leading to cost effectiveness

Profile :

An Ideal candidate would be :

- 5-10 years of strong experience in handling healthcare operations for Hospitals/Diagnostic chains/similar set up

- MBA is preferable, although not a must

- Ability and willingness to extensively travel across the country
